When you submit a contact form, request the DC Row House Dossier, or subscribe to The (Brian) Hill Report, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to include. This is the only personal information we collect, and we collect it only when you voluntarily provide it.

Analytics data

The Site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics platform. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. The data Plausible captures — page views, referrers, device type, and general location (country/region level) — is aggregated and anonymous. No individual user profiles are created. No cookies

The Site does not set tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies. If you subscribe to The (Brian) Hill Report, Beehiiv (our newsletter platform) may set cookies on their own properties when you visit a Beehiiv-hosted page. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and lead information are retained in Follow Up Boss for as long as necessary to manage the client relationship. Newsletter subscribers are retained in Beehiiv until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from The (Brian) Hill Report at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email brian@wardmanre.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this Site, contact us at brian@wardmanre.com and we will delete it promptly.
